Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the NV oOS Gateway plugin ("the Plugin") in ChatGPT or Codex. The Plugin is published by NV Digital Solutions ("we", "us"). By using the Plugin, you agree to these terms.
1. What the Plugin does
The Plugin connects ChatGPT or Codex to the NV oOS MCP Gateway at mcp.nvoos.pro ("the gateway"), which fronts the public NV oOS demo site ("the demo site"). It exposes the demo site's tools with demo_ prefixed names. You link the Plugin with OAuth consent through our identity provider.
2. Scope of access
The gateway scopes access per site. This Plugin reaches the public demo site only — it does not grant access to private client sites, other users' data, or administrative functions beyond what the demo operator exposes. The gateway enforces rate limits and policy rules on every call.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Plugin to: (a) violate any law or the rights of others; (b) attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, policy rules, or access controls; (c) disrupt, degrade, or overload the gateway or the demo site; (d) publish unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; or (e) resell access to the Plugin or the gateway without our consent.
4. Demo data
Content and store data returned by the demo site are demonstration data. Do not rely on them for real-world decisions. We may change, reset, or remove demo content at any time without notice.
5. Intellectual property
The Plugin's code is open source, licensed under GPL-3.0-or-later. Trademarks and brand assets remain the property of their owners. Content on the demo site belongs to its respective owners.
6. No warranty
The Plugin is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Plugin or the gateway.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the Plugin. Our total liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the Plugin evolves. The "Last updated" date above indicates the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
